You will receive a text message to let you know your technician is in route when we are less than 1hr away. The next message you receive will let you know your technician has arrived. Your technician will need vehicle key and may need access to water and electricity. Your technician will confirm service order, he will also ask for any specific job concerns. After all concerns are addressed your technician will give a time estimate and get to work!
